YourLink is designed for seniors to stay connected with family & friends, the services you need and the things you enjoy doing.

Were bringing seniors, families, service providers, care organisations and residences all together in one easy to use app built for seniors. Once in the app seniors can message family and friends as well as link to organisations theyre interested in to receive notices.

YourLink is not a static directory - once you link to organisations you will receive real time updates as they send them and you can share this with a friend or family member. App users can explore the Community Noticeboard and Event Calendar to discover new and interesting services and activities.
